1. Right of Withdrawal (14 + 14 days)

According to EU law:

  • You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Simply notify us in writing (via email) that you wish to return the item.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or specially made jewelry cannot be returned, unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  2. We will provide instructions for the return.

  3. Send the product back in secure packaging.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we cover all return costs and will send you a replacement or provide a full refund.
